Conformation
Conformation is the activity used by the American Kennel Club to select breeding stock for the many breeds of purebred dogs recognized by AKC. Shows are held at many locations throughout the United States each year where owners of purebred dog compete with other owners for best male and female in each breed, best overall dog for each breed, best dog for designed group (such as hunting, working, herding, etc.). And of course, the winner of each group compete for the coveted "Best of Show"
Each year our kennel club puts on a first class all breed dog show at the Hot Springs Convention Center. Dog fanciers from all over the country come to find out who will have bragging rights. It's a lot of fun. If you would like to be part of this action,come join our kennel club.
